From Kilcolgan on the N18 (Main Galway to Limerick road), take the N67 for approximately 19km (11.8 miles). This will take you through the villages of Ballinderreen and Kinvara. After Kinvara, continuing on the road, you will cross from Co. Galway through into Co. Clare. Keep going until on the right (at approximately the 19km mark) you will see a sign for "New Quay Pier Angling". Take this right turn, and drive for approximately 1km until you reach New Quay village (You will see the local pub, the pier, a telephone box and post box). At the village turn left, and follow the road up until the first turn left. On this side road, the property is the second house on the left.
